Where We Ship

Physical Products

  • We ship physical products within the United States only
  • All 50 U.S. states are supported
  • We do not ship physical products internationally

Digital Products

  • Digital products are available worldwide
  • Delivery is instant via download or access after purchase
  • No shipping fees apply to digital products

Shipping Carrier

All physical orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday
  • Please allow 1–2 business days for processing
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (MST) will begin processing the next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed the following business day

We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, but processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and USPS service levels.
Orders shipped closer to Arizona typically arrive sooner than those shipped farther away (e.g., Alaska or Hawaii).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination
  • Final shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We are not responsible for additional shipping or rerouting fees
  • Reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility

Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a USPS tracking number by email
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder
  • If USPS marks a package as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local USPS office directly

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed off to USPS:

  • Motorcycle Training Concepts is not liable for lost or damaged shipments
  • If your order arrives damaged, please:
    • Save all packaging materials
    • Contact USPS to file a claim
