Thanks for shopping at Motorcycle Training Concepts.

Because our physical books include instant-access digital versions, refunds are handled differently than standard retail products. Please read carefully.

Digital Products

All digital products, including digital book versions, PDFs, and video access, are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Physical Books & Products

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your physical item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The physical item must be unused and in good condition
• Pages must be intact and free of damage
• Proof of purchase is required

Partial Refunds for Book Returns

All physical books include immediate digital access at the time of purchase.

If you return a physical book:

• You will receive a partial refund equal to the physical product cost only
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• The value of the digital version is non-refundable
• Digital access will remain active

This reflects the training material already delivered.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds are issued within 2 business days
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Final posting time depends on your card issuer

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
